1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Raed Academy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our service.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- •Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- •Maintain the security of your password
- •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3. Course Access and Subscriptions
3.1 Single Course Purchase
When you purchase a single course, you receive access to that course for 365 days from the date of purchase. After this period, your access will expire. You may renew your access by making another payment for the course.
3.2 Bundle Subscriptions
Bundle subscriptions grant access to multiple courses created by a teacher. Access duration is based on the subscription term selected (monthly or annual). Subscriptions require manual renewal and do not auto-renew.

4. Payment Terms
We accept payments through PayStack and WaafiPay. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- •Provide valid payment information
- •Pay all fees associated with your purchases
- •Accept that all fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- •Understand that prices may change at any time
5. Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if:
- •You have not accessed more than 25% of the course content
- •You have not downloaded course materials
- •You contact our support team with a valid reason
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@raedacademy.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- •Share your account credentials with others
- •Download, copy, or distribute course content
- •Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- •Harass, abuse, or harm other users or teachers
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by their respective creators or Raed Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Raed Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
